By placing an order with Leathfy, you agree to these terms. Each piece we create is custom, hand-carved, and made with care. Please read these terms carefully before ordering.

Custom Orders

All Leathfy products are custom-made based on your photos:

• You will receive a sketch for approval before we begin carving
• Once approved and carving begins, orders cannot be canceled
• Production time is 3-4 weeks after sketch approval
• Each piece is unique—slight variations from the sketch are normal

Photo Requirements

For the best results, please provide:

• High-resolution photos with good lighting
• Clear view of your pet's face
• Photos you own or have permission to use

We reserve the right to request different photos if the submitted images don't meet quality standards for carving.

If your photo isn’t perfect, don’t worry—We will contact you to find the best solution together.

Pricing & Payment

• Founder's Program pricing is limited to the first 20 slots
• Full payment is required at checkout
• Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) is included in the price
• All prices are in USD

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship worldwide via DHL or FedEx
• You will receive tracking information once shipped
• Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipping
• You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes in your country. While most international orders do not incur additional charges, any applicable duties remain the recipient's responsibility
• Ensure your shipping address is correct—we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses

Returns & Refunds

Because each piece is custom-made, we do not offer refunds after sketch approval. However, if there is a significant deviation from the approved sketch, we will remake the piece once for free for you. Please note that as a handmade item, natural leather variations are expected and celebrated.

Leather Care

Your piece is made from genuine leather:

• Leather naturally ages and develops character over time
• Keep away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight
• Natural variations in texture and color are part of its beauty

Intellectual Property

By submitting photos, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the photos or have permission to use them
• You grant us permission to use the photos solely to create your custom piece
• The finished leather carving is yours—we may request permission to share photos of our work for marketing purposes
