How does the 'Sketch Approval' work?
After you reserve your slot, I'll email you to collect your pet's photo and story. Within 5-7 days, you'll receive a detailed sketch. You can request changes, or approve it. We only start carving once you say "yes."
Why does it take 3-4 weeks?
Because my wife hand-carves every portrait. She spends 20-30 hours on each piece, stroke by stroke. We don't use machines. This is why each portrait is unique and why we can only make 30 per month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers. Payment is required to reserve your Beta slot and lock in the $129 pricing.
What kind of photo do I need?
Ideally, a clear, well-lit photo of your pet's face. But don't worry—if you don't have a "perfect" photo, send what you have. I'll work with you to find the best angle or combine details from multiple photos.
Do you only make dog portraits?
Not at all! We love all animals. If you have a cat, rabbit, horse, or even a lizard, please select "A Custom Project" in the form above and tell us about your companion. We'll make it work.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Yes! You can request changes during the sketch approval phase. Once you approve the sketch and we begin carving, no modifications can be made. Contact us within 24 hours if you need to make urgent changes to your order.
