How does the ‘Sketch Approval’ work?
After you reserve your slot, I’ll email you to collect your pet’s photo and story. Within 3-5 business days, you’ll receive a detailed sketch. You can request changes, or approve it. We only start carving once you say “yes.”
Why does it take 3-4 weeks to create?
Because Aima hand-carves every portrait. Each piece requires days of dedicated artisan work, stroke by stroke. We don’t use machines. This is why each portrait is unique and takes time to complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. You can pay directly with your credit card through our secure checkout—no PayPal account required.
What kind of photo do I need?
Ideally, a clear, well-lit photo of your pet’s face. But don’t worry—if you don’t have a “perfect” photo, send what you have. I’ll work with you to find the best angle or combine details from multiple photos.
Are these portraits only for dogs?
While Aima is expert in large-scale 3D leather portraits, we are debuting with the Founder’s Keychain to focus on every stroke. Cats, rabbits, and all companions are welcome—just select “Special request” in the form above.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Yes. Refine your sketch with unlimited revisions until it’s perfect. After approval, carving begins. If the final piece deviates from the sketch, we’ll remake it once at no extra cost.
